THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with Bruker Scientific, LLC to procure Preventive Laboratory Equipment Maintenance.
