Building Plan Review and Inspection Services

The City of St. Petersburg ("City") is seeking qualified firms to perform building plan review and inspection services on an as-needed basis. Services shall include confirming compliance with the Florida Building Code, City ordinances, and all applicable regulations for commercial and residential projects under the jurisdiction of the City's Building Department. Selected firms may also be required to provide disaster-related services during declared States of Emergency.
