Body Removal and Transport Services

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contractor to provide professional removal and transport of deceased individuals across Sarasota, Manatee, and DeSoto counties, with occasional service in nearby areas. The contractor must respond quickly to death scenes, transport remains safely to Sarasota Memorial Hospital Morgue or other designated sites, and meet all legal, safety, training, documentation, and professionalism requirements while supplying trained staff, proper vehicles, and appropriate equipment. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years.
