The Contractor/Vendor ultimately selected for this contract must warrant that it has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good-faith performance as a responsible vendor, and that the Contractor/Vendor shall comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all other applicable rules and laws.
