Billiard Tables Recovering

The District is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors to establish a continuing agreement for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide billiard, snooker, and carrom table recovering, leveling, repair, and related maintenance services at District-owned recreation facilities. Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the Agreement upon written authorization by the District. The table inventory identified in the Quote Forms represents the District's current inventory and is provided solely for pricing and evaluation purposes. The District reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of services requested, add or remove table locations, and authorize additional work as operational needs require. The District does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work during the term of the Agreement.
