Any prospective vendors must provide information in writing regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described in the attached specifications. Vendor’s information regarding their ability to provide the product or service should be emailed to the contact person listed on this advertisement and must be received no later than August 28, 2025 by 11:00 AM ET (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays). The Contractor/Vendor ultimately selected for this contract must warrant that it has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good-faith performance as a responsible vendor, and that the Contractor/Vendor shall comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all other applicable rules and laws.
