The selected vendor must provide the required material, programing, installation and the engineering, project management and technical support for the installation of the XDMC custom message module. The Contractor will modify the Fire alarm system program to include custom messages during alarm activation within a wing of the facility. Includes Shop Drawings, Submittal Data Sheets, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, PE Sealed Drawings, permit, 2 days of preliminary testing, 3 Days AHJ testing, 1 day of system retesting after program modification, 2 Hours of operation and maintenance training, Close out documentation, one year standard warranty new parts only and custom message programming, without risking system integrity, voiding warranties, or compromising compliance with applicable fire and life safety codes, including NFPA standards and state regulatory requirements governing nursing home facilities.
