970 E Main Street-Demolition Project

The City of Bartow Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced demolition contractors to provide comprehensive demolition services for the commercial building at 970 E. Main Street, Bartow, Florida 33830. The demolition contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, disposal, and related services needed to complete these tasks and must subcontract the project-branding component of the privacy screen installation per the scope of work. The CRA has established a maximum project budget of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for the services described in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
