LETTING LOCATION: Tampa POSTING DATES: 01/14/2027 and 01/20/2027 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: N/A The work under this Contract consists of determining work needs, performing the work and continually delivering results that meet performance criteria as specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining performance aesthetics to include turf management, litter removal, roadside and slope mowing including ditches and ponds, manual and mechanical street sweeping, edging curbs and sidewalks, tree trimming and removal, fence repair, and cleaning drainage structures.
