26-51 West Bay Wastewater Capacity Enhancement

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking Qualifications from Firms to complete a comprehensive feasibility for developing a new wastewater treatment plant in Bay County Florida. The study will evaluate treatment technologies, site conditions, environmental constraints and provide recommendations for design and implementation. Funding for the project may be made possible through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) agreement L0138 and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP.
