26-42 Comprehensive Medical Evaluation Services

IThe Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide health screening, evaluation, and physical services in adherence to the current version of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1582 & 1583 for Bay County Fire Services firefighters and hazmat team members: 1) annually for each member; 2) prior to employment to establish a baseline; and 3) for firefighter candidates. ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER Proposals for Project Title will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY SUBMISSION RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
