Exception to Fair Opportunity

This is a notification and justification to sole source to GiaMed Alliance JV LLC for VIPER II services at JBSA Lackland, TX 78236. Government intends to solicit and award directly to via a modification to FA301625F0219. Modification will incorporate clause 52.217-9 to extend the services an additional 3-months under the existing terms and conditions of the task order.
