Description
Dredging of Los Angeles River Estuary and Port of Long Beach (Los Angeles County, CA) Construction services consisting of dredging (estimated quantities: 400,000 cubic yards) and disposal of material from the federal navigation channels of San Pedro Bay, specifically the Approach Channel at the Port of Long Beach (POLB) and the Los Angeles River Estuary (LARE) leading to the Queensway Marina. Disposal of the dredged material will be at an EPA approved ocean disposal site (LA-2). POLB design channel depths are ? 76 ft MLLW, and LARE channel depths are as deep as ? 25 ft MLLW.
