Sole-Source Justification for My Talking Books (RealSAM) Dialog Licenses

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide Attachment J4 - 030ADV26R0047 QA_ 20260924 (pp. 13), which contains answers to the offeror's questions 2. Remove Section C.6. See Section C. 3. Remove LC52.227-1. See Section I. 4. Add LC52.227-3. See Section I. 5. Update LC52.227-14 to the base form of the clause. See Section I. 6. Provide Attachment J2 - My Talking Books (RealSAM) Components v2, which has been updated Apart from these changes, no other changes are made. ----------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the deadline for proposal submission from 5:00pm ET on 09/18/2026 to 5:00pm ET on 09/30/2026. 2. Remove LC52.239-2 SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE. Please see Section H for further details. 3. Update 52.216-18 ORDERING by inserting dates. Please see Section I for further details. Apart from these changes, no other changes are made. ----------------------------------------- This is a solicitation forRealSAM Dialog licenses and services required to operate the system in production for the My Talking Book Smart Speaker project, while meeting all IT information-system security requirements as required by the Library of Congress.
