Description
The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and any information received from other vendors will be used only for market research purposes. The Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA) requires Quorum Subscriptions for 34 users. Quorum Federal provides access to comprehensive federal legislative and regulatory data, including full-text bills, summaries, voting records, regulations, committee activity, hearing schedules, and real-time updates. The subscription includes a directory of Members of Congress, congressional staff, and executive branch officials across the federal government. Users can track social media from all contacts and accounts in the system, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube content from Members, their offices, and executive agency officials. Additionally, Quorum captures think tank press releases and other public policy content to provide a well-rounded view of the federal policy landscape.
