Preparedness Grant Systems Sustainment as a Service (PG SaaS) Decommissioning

The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Grants Technology Division with the information technology professional services necessary to sustain the Preparedness Grant Systems Portfolio and deliver the portfolio to customers in a Software as a Service model while supporting transition to FEMA GO and the orderly decommissioning of legacy systems. The Contractor will work as part of an integrated team with Federal personnel and other contractors to deliver mission value in a secure, responsive, cost-effective, and iterative manner. The Contractor shall perform the objectives identified in the SOO, including transition-in; coordination of PG SaaS activities and changes; sustainment of legacy applications and the Preparedness Grant Systems Cloud DevSecOps support system during FEMA GO development; maintenance of a performance baseline; decommissioning of legacy applications; and transition-out. The Contractor shall also provide the management and technical expertise needed to maintain secure and compliant operations throughout performance.
