International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Quadient Inc., 478 Wheelers Farms RD, Milford, Connecticut 06461-9105, United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is to add postage, $5,000, to our Quadient postage machine.. The expected period of performance is a base period of 12 months (01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026). This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.
