Navisworks Manage Government Annual Subscription Renewal

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), intends to issue a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order against Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order N66001-19-A-0051. This requirement is for the annual renewal of Autodesk Navisworks Software licenses supporting the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) and Polar Security Cutter (PSC) program offices. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will ordinarily be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
