Description

MEGA 6 Industry Day & Networking Session Announcement The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) formally invites industry partners, government contractors, and DOJ representatives to attend the MEGA 6 Industry Day and Networking Session on Monday, October 26, 2026. MEGA 6 is DOJ’s next major multiple‑award contract vehicle for automated litigation support services, following the $1.5B MEGA 5 vehicle. This follow-on acquisition will expand the Department’s ability to procure modern information technology, e-discovery solutions, and professional legal staffing to support complex federal litigation. Artificial intelligence is poised to significantly shape the capabilities anticipated under MEGA 6 and the future of DOJ litigation support. As reflected in ongoing DOJ AI engagement, including procurement and policy discussions held across components AI will increasingly augment legal workflows, accelerate case processing, and improve data-driven decision-making. AI tools offer the potential to automate labor-intensive back‑office functions such as document review, classification, privileged material identification, and data extraction. Instead of replacing legal professionals, AI systems act as an “augmenting superpower,” reducing manual burden and enabling attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to focus on higher-value analytical and advisory work. Agentic AI technologies will help streamline massive evidence ingestion, improve accuracy, and accelerate early case assessment. As MEGA 6 evolves, industry partners should anticipate growing integration of AI-enabled workflows, advanced analytics, automated discovery tools, and new service models that balance efficiency with human expertise. DOJ seeks partners capable of innovating responsibly prioritizing accuracy, security, accountability, and ethical deployment in support of mission-critical legal operations. This event will connect industry partners, DOJ components, and government contractors to share program goals, outline MEGA 6 requirements, and discuss capabilities anticipated in the new vehicle. Attendance is strictly limited to in‑person participation only, and each company may register no more than two attendees. Seating is limited to 80 total participants, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
