The purpose of this notice is to disseminate information regarding a forthcoming requirement. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Fort Knox), located at 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, acting on behalf of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) Mission Support Battalion: National Conventions Division (NCD), intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole-source contract for the 2026 Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Convention to: OCCAM EVENTS, LLC 6135 Martins Landing CT Burke, Virginia 22015-2578 Unique Entity ID: GS64SACAPN8 CAGE Code: 7F2Z1 This sole-source award is being processed in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by the procedures in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. The specific authority for this action is RFO 12.106-1, "Soliciting From a Single Source," which states that a contract may be awarded without competition if the contracting officer determines the circumstances of the action deem only one source reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. This notice does not constitute a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation document will be issued as a result of this notice. This announcement fulfills the public notification requirements established in RFO 5.101, "Methods of Disseminating Information."
