Dear Industry Partners, The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in support of the Office of the Under Secretary for Management (USM), provides the attached FINAL solicitation for the DHS Comprehensive Support for Removal Operations II (CSRO II) requirement.
