Description
The purpose of this Amendment 001, is to post vendor questions along with DOL's responses and to extend the RFQ due date. As a result, the RFQ due date is hereby changed from Thursday, 09/03/2026 at 5:00pm (ET), to Tuesday, 09/08/2026 at 5pm (ET). All other terms remain the same. See attached documents titled "A19_RFQ Amendment 1" and "A19_RFQ Amendment 1_Questions w Responses" ___________________________________________________________________ The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) seeks to modernize its approach by acquiring benchmark-driven fee data to ensure fair, market-based reimbursement and improve claimant access to care. This includes benchmark pricing data (charge and allowed amounts) for Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Healthcare Comon Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), Current Dental Terminology (CDT), and any other applicable codes provided in the attachment.
