Batteries for Digital Talking Book Machines

This is a full and open competition placed under the authority of FAR 13.5. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain bespoke batteries to fit inside the of the Digital Talking Book Machines (DTBMs) that are used by NLS patrons.
