Description

The Defense Logistics Agency is planning to issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Dimethyl Fumarate DR capsules. Procurement details follow. Dimethyl Fumarate DR 120MG capsules in 14 count bottles and Dimethyl Fumarate DR 240MG in 60 count bottles. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense customers through the DLA prime vendor program. The annual usage estimates will be provided in the Schedule of Supplies section of the solicitation. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR part 12. All sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation will be posted to the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and Beta Sam.Gov at https://beta.sam.gov/. Interested parties are further advised to set up automated notifications of pre-solicitation or solicitation changes through this website. The current projected solicitation date is February of 2021. DLA reserves the right to issue the solicitation before or after the projected solicitation date.
