Justification Sole Source-Air & Marine Operations

U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Airand Marine Operations (AMO), Tethered Aerostats Radar System (TARS) program proposes to enter a sole-source contract on a basis of other than full and opencompetition. CBP intends to procure aerostat envelopes on a sole source basis.
