The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Defense Threat Reduction Information Analysis Center (DTRIAC) requires a film scanning capability to accelerate the preservation of its motion picture collection and prevent the permanent loss of data from deteriorating film stock. All specifications are listed in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.
