OPEN-END, GUARDRAIL UPGRADES, NEW CASTLE COUNTY, FY27-FY29 - This open-end contract will be utilized to repair damaged guardrail, including its components, impact attenuators, and end treatments. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the maintenance of traffic; the removal of damaged guardrail, including its components, impact attenuators, and end treatments; the repair/replacement of damaged guardrail; and the placement of topsoil, seed, mulch and borrow, as required.
