It covers all forms that require extraction and not just the 526. Commonly extracted items typically include Veteran s first and last name, file number and zip code. Q2. Will the Government please clarify what does the 6 AM to 6 PM window mean? Does it specify the pickup window or is 6 PM the cut-off time to process work? A2. Mail pick-up occurs based upon the United States Postal Service (USPS) and carrier operations. The 6:000 PM cutoff represents the daily 6 hour turnaround time (TAT) Threshold for all mail received in paper or digitally.
