OST Application Support Extension- Sole Source Justification

This modification request is to extend the Call Order services by up to four (4) months, consisting of a two-month base period and one two-month option period, while a new competitive Call Order is awarded. The period of performance for services covered under this justification, if the option period is exercised, is from 06/13/2026 - 10/12/2026.
