The purpose of modification number 5 is to answer question. Are ICRA carts and/or HEPA containment required in all adaptable rooms if no above-ceiling access is necessary? Yes, per ICRA/PCRA team above ceiling tiles will likely always be level 2 and for the new installations/others can be 3 or 4 based on work requirements.
