System Integrator (SI) Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State of Connecticut (State) to establish a multi-award contract for System Integrator (SI) services. The State seeks qualified partners of all sizes to design, implement, modernize, and support technology solutions across diverse environments and agencies, ranging from enterprise-scale integrations to niche or specialized modernization efforts. Engagements may use various delivery models, including traditional, design-build, outcome-based delivery, phased discovery-fixed build, or agile capacity. Pricing models will be selected per project and may include firm fixed price, milestone fixed price, time and materials, sprint-based fixed price, or outcome-based payments, as defined in each Statement of Work (SOW). Services may include system integration, cloud migration, data modernization, low-code solutions, accessibility and UX, human-centered design, and responsible AI.
