Shady Lane Reconstruction

Sealed Bids for Shady Lane Reconstruction will be received by the Town of Durham electronically via the internet bidding service or by hard copy via mail or drop box at the Issuing Office until 9:00 AM local time on July 23, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be opened and read aloud via teleconference open to the public. The Project primarily consists of full depth roadway, retaining wall, and storm drainage construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
