IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATED TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT SAFETY DEVICES (ATESD)

The Town of Manchester (“The Town”) is accepting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) to assist the Town in all aspects of design, engineering, permitting, installation, and implementation of Automated Traffic Enforcement Safety Devices (ATESD). Respondents are advised that the award of a contract does not obligate the Manchester Board of Directors to adopt a local authorizing ordinance. In its legislative discretion, the Board of Directors may decide not to adopt the ordinance, in which case the project would not proceed and the Town of Manchester reserves the right to terminate the contract. The Town of Manchester reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive minor defects, and select the Consultant deemed most advantageous to the Town at its sole discretion. The Town reserves the right to terminate any resulting agreement upon ten (10) calendar days' written notice for failure by the respondent to perform to the satisfaction of the Town Manager.
