FY 26-27 New Haven Public Schools Snow Removal/Control and Ice Treatment/Control - Zone 3

NHPS is seeking on call vendor(s) to provide the services of qualified, knowledgeable, accountable and effective snow plowing equipment and operators for removal/control of snow and ice treatment/control of driveways, parking lots, and walkways on the grounds of schools, offices, and storage facilities for the 2026-2027 season. Snow removal/control RFP solicitations have been broken up into separate zones. Interested Contractors may submit a proposal on one zone. However, contractor's proposal must include all facilities within each respective zone. If placing an RFP submission on more than one zone, contractor must show they have sufficient equipment and staff to handle all zones they are proposing. (Bidder to provide equipment list in Appendix A).
