Description
The City of Meriden is seeking qualified firms to deliver comprehensive construction and hazardous material abatement services for our Neighborhood Preservation Program . Selected contractors will spearhead approximately nine (9) residential revitalization projects, spanning both single and multifamily homes, to directly enhance and preserve our local community. Contractor Qualifications Experience: Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in construction, repair, and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) abatement. Contractor: Submissions must include professional references for team members responsible for overseeing and implementing the agreement.
