Community Center IT Room AC Replacement

The Town of Waterford is seeking bids for an AC replacement within the IT data room at the Waterford Community Center. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing ductless split air-conditioning system serving the Community Center IT/Data Room. Work includes installation of a new indoor cassette fan coil unit and outdoor condensing unit, new refrigerant piping, condensate pump and drainage, equipment supports, electrical disconnects, power/communication wiring, controls, and associated roof penetrations and flashing. The contractor shall complete all necessary electrical and mechanical connections, repair roofing affected by the work using an authorized and licensed Sarnafil roofing contractor, test the new system, and place it into full operation.
