Building Renovations - Prospect House

The City of Bridgeport seeks bids for work to be completed at the Prospect House located at 392 Prospect Street. The renovation site is a four-floor building. The Prospect Shelter occupies floors one and two and New Prospects is on floor three and four. Each floor will have renovations done to upgrade them to improve safety, energy efficiency, and the general environment including. A detailed scope of work can be found attached, titled Attachment E. Electronic submissions will be received by the City of Bridgeport, Department of Public Purchases, 2nd floor, 999 Broad Street, Bridgeport, CT 066604 until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at which time and then at said office will be publicly opened.
