Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, ?Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,? as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000. Please, review all attachments for full description. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rivers Project Office, 301 Riverlands Way, West Alton, MO, is seeking contractors for Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) for Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Services. The services include but not limited to purchase, repair, inspect, diagnose, install, remove, and startup, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems and components located within the St Louis District boundary, additional areas may be added if mission needs require, counties that support the main navigation mission are listed: Missouri Counties of Monroe, Ralls, Pike, Lincoln, St. Charles, and Illinois Counties of Madison, Jersey, Calhoun, Green, Pike, Scott, Cass, Morgan and Randolph. This will primarily be used at Lock and Dam 24, Clarksville, MO 63336; Lock and Dam 25, Winfield, MO 63389; Melvin Price Lock and Dam, East Alton, IL 62024; Locks 27, Granite City, IL 62040; USACE Service Base, St. Louis, MO and the Floating Plant which may be located anywhere along the Mississippi River or Illinois River in the counties listed above.
