Zoning Code Consultant

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant team to support a comprehensive analysis of the city's zoning code and to provide technical support with drafting and adopting recommended code amendments. The project implements strategies identified in the City Plan, Affordable Housing Strategy and Action Plan, and Sustainability Plan. The project is funded through a combination of city and federal grant funds and will require coordination with city staff to support grant compliance, reporting, and billing requirements. The federal funding comes through the Colorado Energy Office Local Impact Accelerator Grant, via the EPA’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant.
