Description of Work: The proposed project's goal is to improve the site amenities and reduce deferred maintenance at the Timpas Picnic Ground near Timpas, Colorado: a. Base Bid Items - the proposed project includes and should be done in the following order: i. Installation of new picnic ground pathways. ii. Replace pedestal grills. iii.
