Sidewalk Gap Construction

The City of Wheat Ridge is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced civil contractors to establish a qualified contractor for the construction of the City's Sidewalk Gap Improvements Program. The intent of this solicitation is to complete the contractor selection process in advance of final design so construction may begin as soon as the construction documents are completed, and a Notice to Proceed is issued.
