Mental Health Supported Employment (MHSE)

Mental Health Supported Employment (MHSE) DVRs Mental Health Supported Employment (MHSE) program is an employment program that focuses on employment as a key aspect of recovery. It is developed in cooperation with the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) and implemented at the local level between DVR district offices, local mental health centers, and/or other qualified organizations. The Program provides services in the most integrated settings possible, as appropriate and consistent with informed choice, which prepares individuals for competitive integrated employment outcomes. Services are defined in the definitions section of this RFP and include but are not limited to: Career Exploration (to include job shadows, job site evaluation, vocational assessments, and other services as needed) Job Development & Preparation Job Placement Personal Adjustment Training Job Coaching Extended Services Awarded Offeror(s) will work cooperatively with the local DVR offices in carrying out their roles and responsibilities as identified in this RFP.
