NCC WTP - Collection System Optimization The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors for the North Clear Creek Water Treatment Plant Collection System Optimization project. The North Clear Creek Water Treatment Plant (NCCWTP) was constructed pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund), as part of the Central City/Clear Creek Superfund Site. The NCCWTP is financed by the State of Colorado and the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The Contractor will provide qualified engineering and construction personnel to perform the work necessary including design and construction of pipeline projects to optimize the collection system.
