GEMM 1 Audits The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors to be added to a pre-qualified list of qualified third-party auditors to conduct energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission control audits at Colorados energy-intensive, trade-exposed (EITE) facilities. The locations of each EITE facility that will be subject to the audit are: 1. Cemex cement - Lyons 2. Amrize cement - Florence 3. GCC cement - Pueblo 4. Rocky Mountain Steel Mills - Pueblo An award is no guarantee of any volume of work.
