Consulting Services for Site Assessment Modification #1 - Addition of Modified RFP 2026000268 extending the deadline to post responses and bid submission. All else remains the same. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals and firms be added to a pre-qualified list to provide consulting services for site assessment projects. CDPHE estimates a total of six (6) site assessments per year. Awarded Offerors will be placed on an eligible list and will be used as needed for these services.
