EGB FY26 Granite FR 12251621 SD-WAN & Internet Sourcing The Governors Office of Information Technology (OIT) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market intelligence and carrier feedback for the strategic optimization of the Colorado State Network (CSN) as it actively transitions to a Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution. Serving numerous public-sector endpoints across the state via high-speed 10GbE connections running IPv4 protocol configurations, the enterprise infrastructure distributes mission-critical applications, data traffic, and dedicated internet access through secure core hubsincluding Lakewood, Denver, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs (Academy Loop). Through this formal market research, OIT is explicitly soliciting vendor expertise to standardize our future pricing sheets, comparing a flat-rate Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC) Bandwidth Tier Matrix against a Geographic Zonal Banding model to successfully replace our legacy line-by-line address registry. Furthermore, this future contract will be designed as a permissive cooperative procurement vehicle, allowing Colorado executive branch agencies, the judicial and legislative branches, institutions of higher education, and local municipalities to seamlessly piggyback on the resulting rates over an intended five-year term.
