Online educator credentialing, prep, & investigation system This Request for Information (RFI) is solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for bids. This RFI will NOT result in an award. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information. The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) may use responses received from this RFI as background information for the development of a future solicitation for an online educator credentialing, preparation, and investigation/case management system; to inform budget decisions; to determine whether to issue a solicitation; and for additional decision-making purposes. See the attached Request for Information, System Functionality Information Excel worksheet, and the RFI Response Questions Worksheet for more information. CDE appreciates all vendor responses. Vendors do not have to answer every Response Question. Vendors are encouraged to respond to as many Response questions as they are able. Modification 1 posted an updated Request for Information and a vendor inquiries and answers document. It also extended the response deadline to August 17th at Noon Mountain Time.
