Replacement of Lunch Room AC Unit at WRF

The City of Pueblo is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing rooftop air-conditioning unit serving the lunch room in the Administration Building at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF). The project includes site assessment, removal and compliant disposal of the existing unit, installation of a new 4-ton rooftop AC unit, required electrical and HVAC connections, testing and commissioning, staff training, and delivery of warranty and maintenance documentation. Work must be completed in coordination with City staff to minimize operational disruption.
