Upgrade Deionized Water System, State Public Health Lab Notice of Contractor Settlement Modification #4 - Addition of Addendum 5 Narrative and Updated Drawings. All else remains the same. Modification #3 - Addition of Addendum 4 Updated Drawing addressing secondary values. All else remains the same. Modification #2 - Addition of Modification #2 IFB documentation , Addendum 2 Updated drawings and Addendum 3 Questions and Responses. All else remains the same. Modification #1 - Addition of Addendum 1 Response to Pre-Bid inquiries, Pre-Bid sign in sheet and Modified IFB 2025000180 document indicating change to scope and updated Q & A. CDPHE is seeking to replace the Deionized (DI) Water system at the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) laboratory located at 8100 E Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230. The CDPHE laboratory provides critical testing services for various needs and consequently cannot close during construction. So, contractors are going to have to work with the lab to schedule their work to ensure lab operations continue, and any required DI interruptions are minimized and scheduled.
