Description
Amendment 03 was posted on 7/7/2026 to answer questions submitted by offerors. The due date for proposals remains 5pm Mountain Time on 7/13/2026 Amendment 02 was posted on 7/1/26 to extend the due date for proposals from 5pm Mountain Time on 7/2/2026 to 5pm Mountain Time on 7/13/2026. Amendment 01 was posted on 6/22/26 to extend the due date for proposals from 5pm Mountain Time on 6/26/2026 to 5pm Mountain Time on 7/2/2026. The National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) is currently seeking proposals to add a Medium-Voltage Direct Current (MV-DC) Filter at NLR's Flatirons Campus. This setup will open a wide range of research opportunities, especially in the context of modern power systems and renewable energy integration. Key research areas will include power quality improvement, grid-forming and grid-following control, advanced control algorithms, DC microgrid research, and hardware-in-the-loop simulations.
